- **Christopher has amassed 25 years** in the Commercial, Retail and Interior Sector. As a trained Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager he combines this expertise with his passion for high quality interiors and finishings with real attention to detail.
**- As Director** of a construction company in London for several years, plus a short stint in Asia in property development, Christopher has across his career worked with award winning architects and high end retail and commercial clients delivering high end refurbishments and fit outs. Returning to New Zealand in 2015 to raise a family Christopher has combined experience in General Construction Management and Commercial Fit Out Projects.
- **Interior Design Build** offers Christopher’s expertise across all these areas with a keen eye for high quality finishing and tight hold of budgets, the end result being that clients are happy. Christopher loves amazing interiors, with a vision and dedication to delivering each project to the highest standard possible.

**Samantha Elliot**

*Interior Architect, Green Room Studio,* *working in collaboration with Interior DB Ltd.*
**- Samantha grew up on a high country** station in South Canterbury and holds a Bachelor of Design (Interiors) from Otago Polytechnic. Samantha enjoys working alongside clients to create spaces that, put simply, look good and work well.
**- Samantha is inspired by modernists** such as Case Study architects Richard Neutra and Pierre Koenig. Closer to home, she admires the Brian Brake house, a Titirangi masterpiece designed by architect Ron Sang. While she also takes her design cues from Scandinavian styling – plywood is a favourite - she balances this pared-back aesthetic with elements of comfort and lots of greenery.
**- A creative thinker** with a considered approach, she enjoys the process of working with clients to guide them through innovative ideas to achieve a personalised result that suits their lifestyle.
